Cancellations
Please check orders carefully before placing them. In an effort to ship out your products as fast as possible, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, we are not able to cancel them.
RESHIP QUALIFICATIONS
- Damaged product with picture as proof/
- Tracking that has not been updated for 5+ days and appears to be lost. Also, requires lost package form.
- Lost packages. Requires lost package form. One-time courtesy reship. No reship and/or refund if 'lost' a second time.
INCORRECT ADDRESS BY CUSTOMER
We are not able to refund/reship packages shipped to the incorrect address. If you would like to ship an order to more than one address please contact us at support@nxnbeauty.com. We would love to accommodate you.
Return Policy
Every NxN Beauty purchase includes a 30-Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, return your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus $6 processing fee per combo. Simply include your order number and a small note to why the package is being returned and ship to:

Shipping Cost
We offer $7.50 shipping to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii is free on orders above $35.00 before taxes.
Delivery Time
If your product is in stock, your order if packed and shipped within 24 hours once it is placed (excluding holidays and weekends). Once shipped, your order usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Out of Stock items and those accepting Pre-Order Reservations are always clearly marked on the website.
Tracking Orders
We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

We happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses.
